Whole-Home Renovations in Calgary
When several rooms change at once, the order of work matters more than any single finish. One contractor planning the whole job keeps it moving.

What whole-home renovations involves
A whole-home renovation updates several rooms, or the whole house, in one project. Done as one job, the framing, drywall and finishing happen once, in the right order, instead of room by room over years.

Whole home questions
How do I get a quote?
Send the quote form, call or WhatsApp (587) 889-9626. Photos of the space help. After a site visit you get a written, itemized quote.
Is it safe to pay a contractor a deposit in Alberta?
Only pay a deposit to a contractor licensed by Service Alberta as a prepaid contractor. Alberta requires that licence before a contractor can take money before the work is finished, and licensed contractors post security with the province. Bedrock Contracting holds a prepaid contractor licence, and you can check it on Service Alberta's licensed business search.
What should I check before the final payment?
Walk through the finished work with your contractor, and check the Alberta Land Titles office for any builder's liens registered against your property. The City of Calgary recommends this before the final payment.
