Bathroom Renovations in Calgary
Bathrooms take more wear than any other room. What sits behind the tile, the backer board, waterproofing and ventilation, decides how long it lasts.

What bathroom renovations involves
A bathroom renovation replaces worn fixtures and finishes, and often fixes what's behind them: water damage, poor ventilation or tired plumbing. Small bathrooms leave no room for error, so every tile line and fixture height is set out before work starts.

Is it safe to pay a contractor a deposit in Alberta?
Only pay a deposit to a contractor licensed by Service Alberta as a prepaid contractor. Alberta requires that licence before a contractor can take money before the work is finished, and licensed contractors post security with the province. Bedrock Contracting holds a prepaid contractor licence, and you can check it on Service Alberta's licensed business search.
Can I stay in my home during a renovation?
For most kitchen, bathroom and basement work, yes, though the room being renovated will be out of use for a while. Ask before work starts what to expect for your project.
